Which payment mode is acceptable, Medicaid or private pay?
We accept both Medicaid and private pay for all your transportation needs.
Can I use my own wheelchair to travel?
Yes. However, we may offer you a wheelchair at no additional cost if you require one.
Does your business offer wheelchairs or any other types of safety equipment to your clients?
Each vehicle is equipped with a wheelchair with raised leg supports. The seats also include contemporary seat belts and tie-down straps to secure the passengers.
Can the passenger's caretaker or family member accompany them in the ambulette?
Yes, absolutely. We recommend, but do not require, that our clients travel with someone they know and trust.
